Command Authority

The Administrator is the highest authority within ACI Zenith and holds final responsibility for Foundation-wide direction, doctrine, internal stability, major operations, and command continuity.

“Authority means nothing without order. Order means nothing without enforcement.”

The Chairman serves as the Council's principal representative and presiding authority, working directly with The Administrator on senior command matters, governance, and Foundation-wide planning.

“Veritas Vincit”

Oversees the Ethics Committee, Administrative Department, and Office of Judicial Affairs. Responsible for senior oversight across ethics, administration, and judicial operations while coordinating with each department's command staff.

Oversees the Medical Department and provides senior supervision over its leadership, organization, staffing, and department-wide operations.

Oversees the Engineering & Maintenance Department, Scientific Department, and Lore & Acting Department. Holds senior authority over technical operations, scientific research, and the Lore & Acting Department, while ensuring each department remains coordinated with the wider command structure.

Oversees the Department of External Affairs and supports Zenith's relations with Foundation communities and Groups of Interest. Responsible for senior oversight of diplomacy, partnerships, and external coordination.
